Working with Niti Ma'am as a co-artist from past 10 years in theatre and have done several plays in Hindi,English and Urdu.

Brilliant when it comes to instilling self belief
Neeti Ma'am is just brilliant when it comes to instilling self belief in students. On various occasions during her workshops and rehearsals, she believed in my capabilities more than I did. And when a student sees so much confidence being imparted by the teacher, it inspires him to give all he has to the performance. She empowers you with your own self esteem. Always open to new (and even crazy!!) ideas, she listens to her students with sheer calm and patience. A teacher tough to disobey, a performer tough to forget, I wish everyone gets a guide like her at least once in a lifetime.
